I try to log in to youtube and it doesnt work. a little yellow bubble shows up at the bottom of my screen saying the file is corrupt and unreadable. it says to do the chkdsk utility, which i cant because 'autocheck program not found - auto chek skipped'.
I have installed ccleaner, which didnt help (though it freed up some space!
) and i have followed all of youtube's ideas, which was to clear my cache and enable cookies.
please help me!
