Outlook 2002 Help: Bracket for local area code
« on: June 01, 2007, 03:37:23 AM »
Hi,

I am having problem to make my outlook 2002 to recognise contacts with local area code in be in a bracket. Example: 03 1234 7894 should be recognise in outlook as (03)12347894.

I have already set in my country and area code under Action -> Call Contact -> New call -> Dialling properties -> Location.

Thanks.

I'm thinking with dialing rules you can only use 0 through 9, and then maybe #,*, and a comma, but not brackets or parentheses.
