1. fix the caps lock key
What relevance does that have?

radar: you can't do anything about this.  You need a faster connection or a smaller movie.

Does this happen with all streaming video?  I believe this buffering sometimes results from an overloaded server, meaning the problem is not on your end.

What's your video card?  It's possible your system is bit underpowered for some streaming video.

To see your actual Internet connection speed, click on the image in my signature block and do a speed test.  Also do a Tweaks test and see if they recommend any changes to your communication settings.

DSL, right?  What speeds does your ISP claim their service will provide?

Try giving it more disk usage space. Right click the flash window, select settings. Move the slider bar.

Well then, there's nothing you can do to speed up your Internet connection unless your ISP has a higher speed service and you're willing to pay for the faster service.  Try 2k_dummy's suggestion.

I haven't actually used that setting; I assume 2k_dummy is familiar with it.  This might help: Flash Player Help

You actually change these settings in your browser window.  Go here and try it:

You're looking at a browser right now. I'll take a wild guess and say it's called "Internet Explorer".
