Lost control panel and C drive

Hi, When I click on My Computer to look in the C drive, no icons appear. The same thing happens in the Control Panel. How can I get them back? thanks

Scan for Viruses, Trojan Horses and Spyware

I scanned with AVG. There are two trojan horses which cannot be removed: downloader.swizzor.AH and downloader.keenval.G
What should I do next?

Boot into safemode and scan your computer again.
