1:I upgraded my broadband to 8mbps
2: I was told my speed will deffer from time to time with in the 1st ten days
3: I was wondering if i could actaully exceed my old speed of 2.3mbps while my line was being tested for the new connection as my speed as already dropped from 2.3mbps to 1.7mbps ,

4: I cnt understand why they need to drop my speed in order to give me more
