printer issues (think its win related)

hi everyone,

i've got a samsung fax/printer but its printing about 1/3 of the page and kicking it out saying error, somebody suggested it could be printer spool settings as i had tro enable them to get it to do anything....

try reinstalling latest version of printer driver

Maybe it's out of ink, or the USB cable or port is flaky.

itys brand new, only had it a few months, using it as a fax, but need to use it as a printer aswell now. everything else works on the usb slot...

its stumpted me

can't hurt, and if you still see the fault, it narrows it down a bit.

right, tried it on my other computer and it works straight away, no problems at all!!

must be my computer, some settings im missing out on??

check your usb drivers and your usb ports

they are all working properly, and everything else runs on the usb ports fine..
