I have 6 applications of SVCHOST.EXE

I have just removed many programs from my computer however I have 6 applications of svchost.exe.  Are all 6 required?  Or none of them?  Or do I delete them all except the largest program?

Also I'm on AOL  and found
aolsp.scheduler
aoltpspd.exe
aoltsmon.exe
Can these be removed?

I hope I have chosen the right forum to post these questions.  I'm new to the boards.  Thanks for any input you can give me.

Here is a description of what a svchost.exe file is...

svchost.exe is a system process belonging to the Microsoft Windows Operating System which handles processes executed from DLLs. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

As far as the AOL stuff, if they are your provider I'd leave them alone.

I have 5 entries for svchost.exe. It's part of Windows. Don't remove any them. If you did, they'd only come back when you rebooted anyway.
