There is no SP3 for XP, what service pack do you have?
    When did this start?
    What happened before it started?
Exactly when does it restart and what happens before and when it does?
When was the last time the computer was cleaned out?

Help us to help you, provide a reasonable amount of information if you want a reasonable answer.

Did this problem start all of a sudden, or did symptoms get gradually worse?
Did you made any hardware changes before this problem started?
Do you use a surge protector on your computer?
