    Slow access time into the Computer Hope site

    Has anyone else noticed a delay in accessing the Forums main page today ?
    For some reason, it is taking a long time to get into the main forum page today.
    Once there, navigation anywhere inside is completely normal.
    I have tested dozens of other sites to satisfy myself that it is only this site, and only the main page.

    Comments appreciated.

    I didn't notice a slow load time, but earlier today, when I navigated to the forum...the button images appeared strange and the text was small and hard to read.  After clearing cache, everything went back to normal...

      Happened to me. First time trying to get onto the site, didn't even load up. Second time, took ages.

      I haven't noticed any lag or delays at all.  But maybe being on dial-up might have something to do with it?

      I did notice a delay yesterday (the day you posted)

      It was slow this morning 6-7 am. Eastern Standard Time 13 June 2007.

      I have DSL. Maybe it is alive and at times we must wake it up.

        Whatever the issue was has gone away, at least for me..... things are as they should be ......
