    sorry about that i just got back online after 2 hours of trying to connect... all the multiple window popups have stopped... but now it seems like my computer has a lag... i wish this virus would go away...

    hijackthis locked up on me... the whole computer...

    How many times did you try it?
    Have you tried it in Safe Mode?  It's best to not use HijackThis in Safe Mode because certain things might be hiding, but you have do whatever you can.
