Unwanted Program

Can anybody help? I've recently bought a satellite 1710cds laptop and i have this program that I wish to remove but no matter how hard I try it wont go. The program is called Findsex.exe its on my desktop taskbar and icon tray. Ive checked the web and have only found a listing on cyberdefender  which is as follows:

    type regedit in the run box...and delete the key >[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\]
    FindSex=C:\WINDOWS\FindSex.exe -n

    use the disk clean up tool...and clean out your temp files and history files tools internet/options and detle them all by searching your files.. if not come back i will tell you more ..

    and download spysweeper from webroot.com and if you run any scans disable system restore..

    Scan for Viruses, Spyware and Trojan Horses.
