Windows XP using Outlook Express 6
« on: July 09, 2007, 02:13:55 PM »
I am using Windows XP operating system, and Outlook Express 6.  I was reading one of my messages one day, and my computer had a problem, and I shut it down.  Now there are two messages in my Inbox that are in bold print, and if I click on them, they will lock my computer up.  I have tried to hit the delete key, but that doesn't work.  Does anyone know how I can get these two messages out of my inbox?

Try this.  Go to Tools, Options, Maintenance, and click on the Clean Up Now button.  Compact the messages.  Now, does it work?
