Arma: ArmedAssualt need help

I'm on my cousins computer so downloading new dirvers and *censored* won't do since this isn't my computer. Anyways, I installed this game without any problems, and when I try to run it, a black screen appears then it takes me back to my desktop with this error: Failed to read the shader cache file. Missing or broken shdc file?

What are the PC's specs?

You know my system specs from the fifa manager help. But I don't think its the specs, just a file didn't download or something ;/

For anyone not willing to dig through posts, all the information you have provided is that you have an ATI Radeon X1550 graphics card.
Besides, you said this was your cousin's PC, so I assumed that it was not yours.
