creating a MS-batch file for adding a printer

I am having problems with a printer that is networked.
3 Computers share this one printer but every single morning I have to re-add it back into the two that are networked to it. 

The one attached is fine but the ones that are sharing it cannot seem to hold onto it.

The computers are shut down at night and the next day it just has completely vanished and has to be re-aded through the wizard. I think that if we have a logon batch file to re-add it then it would just re-attach without having to manually add it.

Does anyone know how to create a MS-batch file? ???

If anyone else has other suggestions, anything would be much appreciated!
