How to check how much you Dloaded in the past month?

Is there any way to check how much you Dloaded in the past month?
Our Dload limit in reached and we have the largest option witch you can chose at out ISP.
My dad needs it for his work and he is a bit angry!
I want to prove that my step-brother did it.
He is always looking at youtube and sending videos true MSN.
He blames me (he doesn't know anything about computers) because I'm the most on my computer.
My dad believes me but my step-mother is blaming me. (She always does)
And I have to prove myself, again.
So could you please help me and tell me if there is any way how you can see it.
The cookies are automatically cleaned by Ccleaner (I installed it on his computer).
He has Windows Vista home premium and I'm running on Win XP

If you haven't got any software installed to log the net traffic then I think the answer is no.

But I would recommend that you look into monitoring software so you can prove your innocence in the future... I did a bit of searching and I think this looks promising:

You can even set a download quota and the program gives you a warning when you get close to it.

A bit sad that you can't look at it now.
Looks like I know what the subject will be at dinner.
Alright I'll Dload and install it on both PCs so next time I have some proof.
