Nasty Windows Problem, Parts Of Page Missing

Well, what browser settings are we talking about here? The browsers are stright up. Just like when put on. I even took fire fox off and then downloaded it again.

Well...let's try this first...we need some info about your system:

1)  What is the make and model of your PC?
2)  Operating system?  Sevice Pack?
3)  Hardware Installed?
4)  Browser versions:  (i.e., Internet Explorer's latest version is 7.0.5730.11;  Firefox's latest stable version is 2.0.0.3.)
5)  Do you keep your operating system updated with the latest "Critical Updates"?

This would be a good place to start...instead of us just running around in circles.  This may be aggravating to you and that's the last thing we want.

Any additional detailed information about the problem would be appreciated, as well, like:

1)  This has been going on for how long?
2)  Any recent hardware or software changes that may have caused this issue?

We'll await your answer and hopefully resolve your problem.

Do you still have this problem, I do - I have tried everything anyone has suggested. I have read microsoft support pages until I am blue in the face!

 However the page below seems it may apply, but when I looked in the registry there was no feature_block_lmz_script entry !

Is this a problem? Is it the answer? Do you have that Key?

This page seem to be working fine on my PC.
try this:
1:Remove firefox.
2:Reboot
3:Install and run Ccleaner
4: Reboot (not really necessary but in case you never know.)
5: Reinstall firefox

So, back to this problem, it shows itself in IE and FireFox but Netscape works fine! I'm sticking with Netscape. Anyone have any idea what this problem is?
