Ok basically , the answer to your question is yes , i don't know the make or model or your graphics's card but i assume as long as it has basic pci-express port as well as a 4 basic slots for your other cards aka sound card , network adapter and all those pieces of hardware ,,,, as for your hard drive is it sata or basic hard drive you need to get that checked and make sure your board meets sata requirements now i can tell you whether your memory will work or not , but i need to know what type of memory you have ddr2 etc you need to be specific because havening the wrong memory in your new mobo ain't going to be the best of things , your dvd drive will work as well.
