can anyone tell me why it's taking me over an hour to rip 1 c.d when it used to take me 5 mins

    Nope we can't, not without knowing a lot more about the situation at least.
    What version of windows is this?
    What is the make and model of the computer?
    When did this problem start?

    Is this only with a specific CD or are all your CD's like that now?
