Musical Notes on Microsoft Word

Every time i use my laptop and open a zip file which contain a word file musical notes come up instead of the actual text which is new gothic
but when i use it on other computers its normal.

CAN SOMEBODY HELP?!

This happens with ANY zip file?
What OS do you have?
What protection is installed?

Probably your Operating system Does not supports new gothic Font, check it
your Computer have that Font in your OS,
if your have Windows XP, Type " FONTS " in RUN. then press ENTER

check there, is NEW GOTHIC Font installed ?
