I have an email that has an embedded image and when I print it the text prints and instead of the image I get a box with an X in the top left hand corner.  This happens with Outlook 2000 and 2003.

    try saving the image on your desktop.

    On my Windows XP Outlook 2003 computer I had success with saving the email as an Outlook Message Format.  On the Windows 2000 Outlook 2000 computer for someone I am helping this suggestion failed.
