Firefox visited link colours
« on: November 15, 2004, 06:44:54 AM »
OS WinXP Pro
I've just started using Firefox for a browser and when I click a link it will change colours while clicked but on returning to the page, the link is back to it's original blue.  If there's many links on the page it's confusing to remember which ones I've visited.

I've got the settings at default and have tried forcing the app to use my font/colour choice but that didn't work either.

On further study, it looks like it works fine at the office while the above happens at home.  As far as I know, both were just DL and install.

I never gave that any attention. (My memory is still in working order, however, it could be related to your age.. 50, was it?)

It seems to happen (last time I noticed) when you use tabs rather than just opening in a new Window.

Thnx both.  I figured it out that I need to have a history of at least 1 for the link to remain changed.
