The TCP/IP connection unexpextedly failed

 :(When I try to send recieve my emails I get this message The TCP/IP connection unexpextedly terminated by  the server Error number 0x800cccof ;)

I had a similar problem the other day. I ended up having to re- enter my details into my emailer ( I use thinderbird) and then  turning off the e mail scanning option within Norton

why dont you just reinstall TCP/IP  http://home.pcisys.net/~mbent/reloadtcpip.html this site will show you how
