hello guys, i have some problems here regarding on my win xp.. coz, it was being virus i when i tried to use my anti-virus i still can't get rid of the virus that was in my computer. So, i decided to repair it, but repairing my OS i encountered some errors, such as: could not copy some files during loading the files that need to be copy. but i still continue it coz there is an option given that press "ESC" to escape the file that cannot be copy. After that, when i finished on the loading area for the copying of files i am now in the "installing windows" and during the registering of components my pc got hang so i decided to restart it then i go back again to the "Installing windows but now during the "installing of Devices" it still can't continue. can u please tell me why is this so? can i recover my files? what shall i do? please help me... ASAP! thnx
