My computer constantly reboots itself, (on/off, on/off,... )

I have no idea why my computer constantly cuts itself off and reboots.  I do mean constantly.  It never connects to server-just reboots over and over.  Can anyone help?

I'm not sure what OS you have but, if you can go in safe mode and let it sit... I would let it sit all night and if you see a login screen... it reboot... then you have a hardware problem.

if not  then you have a software problem.let me know and will go from there.

let me know what OS and ram ect,ect,ect.
