internet exeplorer keeps poping up

ok this happens when im online and sometime offline my pc which is a sony OS windows Xp home edition serviuce pack 2........
so a window keeps popping up and it says dilet.org php and it keeps poping up
ive done several virus scans but nothing pops up if i should block this site tell me and give me directions on how

First of all, you should update your anti-virus and scan with it in SAFE MODE.

If you're still having problems after that, post a HijackThis log.
