CPU FAN NOISE !!!

MY PC MAKES SO MUCH NOISE!!!! I CANT TAKE IT!! HELP ME.....

BTW MY OS IS WIN XP. 1GB RAM, 160 GB HDD, DUAL CORE....

N ITS HEATIN UP MA SYSTEM 2.... I JUS GOT TO KNOW THAT I HAVE TO DO SOMETHIN WITH DA BIOS. THAT SLAVE THING... DUNNO HOW TO DO IT... MAN SOMEONE HELP ME.....

Please don't post all in capitals, it makes it hard to read.
What are your system temperatures?
Measure them in the BIOS from a cold start (leave the computer off for a while before you take readings) using Speedfan and Everest just after boot, Speedfan and Everest after the computer has been on for, say, an hour, and once more with Speedfan and Everest after playing a game or doing something else intensive.

Press delete, escape, F1, F2 or F10 to get into the BIOS when booting.
Watch for a screen that says "Press (key) to enter BIOS or SETUP" and press the key specified.
If all else fails, turn it on and just keep tapping escape, delete, F1, F2 and F10 until you get in.
Then look for the temperatures, they are in a different place in each BIOS.

Yo, what processez haz u gots runnin'?  Something might be overworkin' ya CPU, so u should check da Task Manager and see if anything be usin' up a lot o' resourcez.  Peace.
