Word Help
« on: August 08, 2007, 12:08:08 PM »
I need some help with Word… I have a very long doc (220 pages) and am
trying to do Grammar checks on the entire thing… I am doing each
individual checks (example only cap, then only frag, etc. etc). Here
is the issues – I am getting stopped but it saying "spelling and
grammar check complete" . I need to know how to recheck the doc again,
for the next setting I check. Any ideas?????  I have already tried the "recheck doc" button and it is still saying check complete...

    try using F7.
It could be that the text is to large.
Try opening a new document and cut and paste.
Then do the checks in smaller texts.

We are not always that fast.
But we try to be as fast as possible.
White the best advice that we know.

Let me know how it turned out.
There are some other ways but they are much more difficult.
I would advice to try the other ones first.

It means there are no more mistakes. Trying misspelling a word in your document then run the spelling and grammar check to see if it's functioning correctly.

Hi everyone...  Okay I can't seperate the doc so the F7 option won't work...  I also thought that it was complete but I know for a fact that it is not...  Anyone got any other tricks that I may try??  This is really frustrating. LOL
