Outlook backup help?

My parents computer crashed so they bought a new one with vista. I put their HD in a usb enclosure to recover their documents. the only thing I can not do is recover the address book from outlook express. Is there any way to do this if it was not backed up?

Do a search for files with the .wab extension...these are the address book files.
