help remove JS/Joke-shake

I am not sure how js/joke-shake ended up on my pc but my mcafee has found it..and will not remove it...What is it ? and how do i remove it?

Also...it's important that you scan in Safe Mode.  It makes it much easier for anti-virus programs to remove infections that way.

Thanks Patio stinger seems to have worked well ...Mcafee cant find it in the scan anymore ;D
