One Channel with TV Tuner Card
« on: August 26, 2007, 05:07:53 PM »
I recently purchased a sager laptop with a TV Tuner card built in. It already has a splitter built in too but I tried using a splitter too. I plug in my coaxial cable to my wall, then into the port and all I get is static when I choose Cable Input in Cyberlink Power Cinema. When I select use antenna it gets 1 channel which is channel 49. I was thinking it is because I don't have cable but I have Direct TV. Does anyone know anything I can do or if I'm doing something wrong. I've hooked it up to my receiver and I got the channel that was being displayed and could record it and stuff but I don't want to have to hook up to my receiver to watch TV.
