« on: August 26, 2007, 08:05:28 PM »
Hello All!
Ok...so whenever I sign on AOL or do random other things..I get the blue screen of death- which tells me its dumping physical memory. I have laptop with windows XP.
I then can restart my comp with "th last good known config."
What do you suggest I do?
Restore?
Thank you.

Post any error code displayed.

Next time it happens hit the pause key on your keyboard so you can write down the error message...we will need that info to diagnose further...
