Problem connecting to internet...I think
« on: August 30, 2007, 08:56:45 AM »
We have a wireless router on our pc.  Trendsetter, I believe.  About 3 weeks ago we started having problems connecting.  Every website said "page cannot be displayed".  Then I noticed down in the right toolbar, it kept saying "Local Area Connection, a network cable is unplugged".  Our connectivity bar last night had 2 bars full, stating it was getting a good connection.  but I still could not connect and it was still stating that a network cable was unplugged.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the router and nothing has changed.

If you disconnect the router, unplug the Ethernet cable then plug it back in and it still says network cable unplugged then you could also try going to network properties and right clicking on the icon named after your router and go to repair...

If you need a more detail description hit me back
