third party computer password program

Does anyone know of a third party password program?  I need to secure my computer so no one can turn it on and use it.  I am running windows 98 (no login security) and my cmos will not allow me to set up a startup password (no reference disk).  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello guest.

    as i recall, i think windows 98 has the feature of having a password and account, like XP.

    you can go to WWW.download.com and find a program that should do th ejob ;)
