OK tilynn - I'm wondering if you have a hardware problem possibly graphics card that is stopping you getting a full display on screen.
Can you provide some details on your system. Can you start by going to Star>Control Panel>System then telling us what that pop up says for your computer details.
If you can tell us your computer make and model and what specifications it came with even better.
One question i may not have asked is did your computer previously go to these sites and display everything and have you made any changes/ added any software before the problem tarted?
