That's very kind. Life kind of outgrew posting on forums (for the moment). I have a very fulfilling job in I.T. now (and a very packed life outside of it!) so I can't really spend the time on CH. But it's still in my bookmarks and I will stop by some time.

I think you will find that the original forums, when they were first starting, were actually mainly guest orientated. Anyone could post to ComputerHope, but that results in a lot of SPAM and confusion on the client side, so, I guess that after SPAM, this feature was disabled.

If I remember correctly 2K_Dummy has restarted his post count many times because of glitches.
Life was far more simple when 500 posts would get you a GOD Rating, the highest achievable at the time.

Edit: Gods were a dime a dozen then.

Yeah,  all of you guys  (mods) and the long timers are real good/ excellent and do an awesome JOB *  Rob "though" somewhat  eccentric was  a *censored*-load of knowledge for us here.  He was one of the best , no doubt*

Rob has many issues facing him in his life and etc.......  for the most part- cut him a break and just let him go and do the amazing job of trying to be a father with  intense challenges*

From what I, personally recall from reading somewhere out there, in our archive, the CH Forums are from somewhere around 2004...
