Audio help

Has nothing really to do with computers but there might be an adapter or something I can get. I want my band to practice in my room with headphones so we can all hear each other through the headphones.
Should I get a mixer or something to plug all the audio in and headphones out for each of us?
or is this not possible?

Yup, your question has nothing to do with computers.  I suggest you visit a music/audio store, a store sells various audio recording/playing/amplification/etc. hardware and ask them about this.
