you guys don understand problem...................

this is  not due to virus or something else...........

in every browser this dialog appears............

i think by admin the download is stopped............

what can i do for that...............

only *.rar file is downloaded ...........

plz help me out........

    I think you're on to something here. :D :D

    You could ask admin why it's being blocked and ask them to fix it.
    You could go and get it through a proxy.
    You could find the file from a site that's not being blocked.
    You could get the file via an different isp.
    You could get a third party to download it and then give it to you.

    Lots of possibilities here. :)

      You and kuszmania9999 are talking about wo different things and are not helping the original poster (OP) at all.  If anything, you're probably confusing him/her.

      Please take your time when reading the posts to make sure you understand what the poster is having problems with...

      Then, when replying to their post(s), please take the time to think about what you're trying to get across and then answer the post in a way everyone can understand...eliminating confusion and the language gap.
