If you have data, make certain to back it up or you will lose it, maybe not today but eventually.
The path C:\win 64 would need to be shortened to C:\win64
The fact that you are installing into a different directory will let setup know you are setting up a dual boot operating system. It should not overwrite it (but again, be safe, backup data)
The program link is for a useful tweaking program for windows. One of the handy features I have used it for is changing the location of the default directories including your program files location. You can change the default program files directory so that the both windows try to share the directory.
Again I have not done this... It is how I would go about doing it
