I Would Like To Spend Time Talking About Chickens.

Well, this discussion is causing some nostalgia.  Both my sets of grandparents were farmers and had chickens.  Dad was a farmer, too, but mainly and dairyman and grain producer, no chickens except for a short time.

I did a Google search on Banty hens and discovered ... guess what ... a forum devoted to them.  It's at http://www.bantychicken.com/cgi-bin/portal/index.cgi?action=forum  The site also has a photo gallery.

I recently cooked chicken for the first time in my life on my dads birthday, Here we deep fry the chicken and drain the oil, then add a lot of spices to it and fry it again with with tomatoes and onions and then we fry rice in butter and add flavour to it and a few spices and serve the chicken and rice together .
Its a good combination.

I learnt to cook myself recently since i have to leave home now and rent a place cause my college will be starting in some 20 days .
