    Domain Time Syncing
    « on: September 25, 2007, 08:56:50 AM »
I noticed that w32 time logs a number of errors trying to sync time with the domain controller when a workstation or server initially boots up.  It seems by the 3rd or 4th try, though, time is sync'd and everything is OK.

Is it normal for the time syncing process  to fail so often?  Is there a way to delay the process so errors aren't generated in the Event log?  Is this something I should even be concerned about?

    Thanks - Matt

It's normal, you needn't be concerned. It's annoying to see red stuff in the event viewer, I know, but this is one of those things that doesn't matter.
