my pc accept Chinese windows version only???????????

No because A XP disk over-rides all information on the hard drive until it gets to the formatting page basically. There is no way to lock a BIOS or CMOS to just hold Chinese information. By the way, is it perhaps a Chinese disk you are installing from while trying to select English? I could see errors arising here... Anyway as said over and over again get another copy of XP somewhere and use your serial key you should already have.....

I tested the harddisk on another pc and got problems  ... so I think now the real problem in harddisk ,not in  Chinese pc or windows verison ... I try to fix harddisk problems now .. and I will tell all about any new news .. thanks again ,with my best wishes for all

i personally do not like to buy things from strange unknown man unless there he is recommended either by friend, or by online ratings or he works at a store i am shopping at.

-when I try to resize it , I got bad capaticy ,and some another problem , I will test master boot record an bad sectors ,maybe use low level format , thanks patio

OK. You may also want to run the diagnostics from the drive maker's site...they are free. This will prevent you going from one problem to another.
Nothing is worse than doing a clean install of everything only to wind up with issues because the drive isn't operating properly...
Trust me i've been through it.
Better safe than sorry.

I discovered the real problem.... it's Hyper-ThreadingTechnology story

versions only. If you are using any other operating systems, disable the
Hyper-Threading Techonology item in BIOS to ensure system stability and

3. It is recommended that you install WinXP Service Pack 1.
4. Make sure to enable the Hyper-Threading Technology item in BIOS before
installing a supported operating system

then the problem in enable and disable Hyper-ThreadingTechnology , and my hard disk problems happened during installing and uninstalling more windows verisons without  Attention to Hyper-ThreadingTechnology options ............ but now I Succeeded install xp sp1 english verison easyly ...
it's hard Experiment and very useful for me and maybe for all
