outlook 2007/vista office ultimate

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to send distribution lists of 200+ at a time.
I was told that outlook will not allow me to send more than 100 address in one distribution list...is this true?

I wouldn't worry about whether or not Outlook 2007 can handle 100 or 200 distribution lists...

I'd be worrying about whether or not my ISP would allow me to spam this many people at one time.

Strongly agreed. If the OP was asking in connection with work, say he has to email 200 colleagues, then either he would already know how to do it, or his IT dept would be the obvious first port of call. No help for spammers here!
