Im affraid not, it cant be found. I could download one however. It would have to be a spanish copy im guessing.

What does that function do? (sfc /scannow).

SFC is system file checker. running it will repair all damaged Windows files.
Windows 8 and Windows 10 dual boot with two SSD's

Just to let you know, I've fixed the problem. I found this thread about WMP not opening,

and followed the 3rd post by The Raven. WMP now opens and it also fixed the other problems i mentioned like the search funtion and IE.
