A program keeps trying to bypass my firewall

Does anyone recognize the following program J1nTgYg.exe which wants to access my computer.  I have no idea what this is.

    gramzee.....I just did a quick check on it and came up with nothing.......I would not allow it in .....in fact I would add it to the blocked list....just to be on the safe side.

    Scan for viruses, trojan horses and spyware.

    Are you using  a peer to peer program like kazza<blubster etc....what firewall have you got download sygate>www.majorgeeks.com and block the kernel32.dll and with sygate run trace route and the  whois program......and download spysweeper also its a porn site...

    Thanks for trying.  I had guests who may have used some of those programs.  I did block all the unknown programs which were trying to get in.  I use Zone Alarm to do this.  Also this a.m. I used House Call a free program from Trend Micro and found I had a trojan called sandbox (I think), I also use a virus protection and a spam blocker.  I also got rid of cursor comet.  It certainly is painful to keep up with all these intrusions.
