free spyware?

is there a free program to get rid of spyware, they all say they are free , but thats just the scan.

    For real time protection, I use two frieebies:
    - Spyware Terminator (http://www.spywareterminator.com/)
    - Advanced WindowsCare (http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html)
