Pressing f8 to get the start up selections what does the "start in safe mode with VGA" mean? I know what Safe Mode means.

Video Graphics Array (or Adapter), the original IBM PC graphics display standard, 640 x 480 pixels, 256 colours, needs no graphics driver.
