HELP! RunDLL problem!

Hi, i need help on fixing this pesk little error.
Everytime i turn on my computer an error message is the first thing that pops up and it says

"There was a problem starting C:\Users\Jennifer\AppData\Local\Temp\certures.dll the specified module could not be found."

why is it doing this? and how can i fix it??:[

i have a windows 7 and i dont think it has to do with a virus cause i always run a virus scan(mcafee) and it says my computer is safe..
oh im not sure what service pack i have, but i have a dell studio laptop.

Some program starting with the OS is looking for that file. Download and run Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel (http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml) and uncheck any apps with which you are not familiar and reboot.

Actually, no .dll file should run from temp folder and a Google search gives zero hits for certures.dll
Most likely, the computer is infected.
