Then follow a path provided by "street1", and click on "+" sign next to "Other Devices". This directory may be already open with one, or more entries, having yellow exclamation mark next to them. One of those entries will say something about video, or graphics. That's the device, you'll need new driver for.
But first, you have to get that driver.
If you have video card (not on-board video chip) installed on your computer, you still may have a CD, which came with your card. If not, it has to find on the internet.
If you don't have separate video card, you need to tell us your Windows version, your computer brand, and model, and we'll try to find that driver for you.
