user names/password with IE 7

Hello:
Using Internet explorer 7; I accidentally typed a password along with the username (missed the TAB key) Now when I want to go to that site and go to log in, I click on the space "USER NAME" a list of user names that I use shows Including the one with the Password (Not nice if someone else is using my computer) .....

  Can someone please tell me how to get rid of unwanted user names...

I am sing windows XP-home, and IE 7.0

Open Internet Explorer.
From the Tools menu choose Internet Options.
Click the Content tab.
Click the AutoComplete button.
Note: If you do not want your form information stored, uncheck the check boxes under Use AutoComplete for.
Click the Clear Forms button.
Click the OK button twice.
