      Have you tried manufacturer's help, faq, support because usually they would know what to do. I have a flash drive and it either works or it doesn't I can't even predict.

        yes broni, i tried many computers.  It's not my drive, but a girl I know...I told her the same thing, contact her manufacturer...

        You might try formatting it.  Of course, any files on it will be erased.
